camcorder of 2,51 mpx and Zoom 62x = 155,62 or cellphone 16 mpx and zoom 10x = 160 ???

The AF on DSLR’s in ‘Live’ modes (i.e video recording modes) are much worse than what a camcorder can do. Also the noise from the lens is often pretty bad + zooming via ring is not as smooth as using a button. These are the reasons I still went shopping for a camcorder after buying a Nikon 5200…

This sounds pretty duff, as we Brits say. Good Lawd, even my Canon stills SLR camera has microphone AND headphone mini-jacks.
P.S. Why not do a comparative review sometime on stills SLR’s that record High Definition video? That would be really useful. These seem to me the best way to get professional results without breaking the bank…?
