This model really looks gorgeous! Comfortable rubberized casing. Blue backlight. Some modes + button “Turbo”. 3 different nozzles and a high Cup. But to admire this beauty for a long time did not work, worked only one nozzle, and then 5 times (before the other two turn not reached). 23.12.14 on the Eve of an emergency. The paper stated that it was a factory defect and that the parts were not delivered for repair.

Blender was longer in repair than in use. The service center had to call yourself and hear every time that “nothing is ready”.

It’s a shame that I had so much time to sing without a blender (the previous one is very outdated-retired, it is unclear what to do in such a situation: to buy new or wait until repaired).Nevertheless, I don’t think Redmond is a bad firm. Slow cooker from this manufacturer I have works perfectly, I just adore her. Most likely this model requires revision: the attachment should not grind to fall out in the cooking process (in the store and the service center told me that the nozzle is doing well due to the fact that it didn’t fully inserted-nonsense).Re-purchase this model did not, in the event of a breakdown are not ready to wait again 3 months.So I do not advise!
