In the Questions answered, it is asked multiple times if the dual screen case comes with this phone. I ordered the AT&T model, even though it was more expensive than the unlocked because it was ready to ship immediately. Upon receiving the phone, I opened it to discover NO CASE! Now the unlocked is available to ship immediately but if I try to return this one I’ll be charged a $45 restock fee!!! I feel betrayed and lied to and I am not pleased with this purchase. The phone was even dirty inside the box which was going to be the only big complaint I’d have but this just tops it off. And, don’t try contacting customer support, the wait is forever and they’ll drop you after a while so you have to reconnect and get added back to the back of the line.
