Pure plastic, and not the ideal lens for low light condition but it has great image quality for the price

Bought this lens to use as an extra angle for wedding videography — needed something with an autofocus (it’s an unmanned camera) and a decent enough zoom range to provide different framing. I also occasionally use it for simple travel videos (hiking, boating, family fun) and it does a good job. The variable aperture isn’t ideal for indoor shooting (video or photo), obviously, but for the price point, it’s a good workhorse for outdoor videos, especially for personal use.
