Latest review: I bought this when Amazon offered a stretched out payment plan and was looking at higher end cards at the time as my last rig was starting to have issues. Like most the dream card 2080ti is a tough hit on the wallet, and frankly most don't have the rig or monitor to take advantage anyways. That being said, this RTX 2080s card rocks! For a ton less money! I have tossed all the games that tortured my recent 2060s running my large monitor and this card simply waltzes through them on ultra with little effort. ESO, Div 2, Star Citizen, Elite Dangerous, Metro Exodus! All run with very high settings. Guys saying their 1080ti is good enough or comparable? I beg to differ! Big, beefy, lots of tubes and fins, subtle RGB effects, tri fans that are very quiet, you can hear them whine a bit when being pushed though. Much will depend on your own case. With my setup it really never gets a few degrees warmer gaming while OC'd with MSI Afterburner. Bench testing bumped it a few degrees! Mine runs through most games in Afterburner at PL 125, Temp max set 88, CC 100, MC 1100 without a hitch for a good all around and very safe setting. I do have a large Cougar tower with several fans going so I do have alot of quiet cool going on. Be aware, this card was within 2mm length wise of not fitting into a smaller full tower that I have as my backup when I tested it with another build. So make sure you measure before ordering this large beast. I tested this with three different boards/processors and cases. Two very large monitors and also my custom Samsung Odyssey VR helmet run on Ultra with double the resolution. I say helmet because it is no longer a simple goggle setup. With the Steam code hack which doubles the VR resolution, (Steam has their setting for the much lower resolution Occulus Rift). Running Samsung VR on ultra barely touches RTX 2080s. Most will not need to OC this card at all for any reason. It ended up in my newer MSI 570 pro carbon/3800x build, and of all the cards I have owned. This one I absolutely love. So unless you are on the fringe and just have to have the ti version for whatever reason and have a deep wallet and insane needs, this card will do it all.

Latest review: Put this in a new build. Even though I'm not a "gamer", I do run some graphics intensive programs. I was getting <30fps on FS2004 at moderate settings. I'm now getting >100fps with everything turned up to max.Knocked off one point because, it seems, monitors have to be on before turning computer on. If I don't do that, it doesn't recognize my main monitor (I use 4 monitors) although the other 3 come up. And my main monitor desktop icons come up on another monitor. But since I started turn on the monitors before the computer, I haven't had the problem.I am running all four monitors (full HD) off of this card as I am using an i7-9700KF cpu.

Latest review: I Assume it Was Great. The Video Card itself & the package contents indicated it probably would have an awesome card. I was impressed how well packaged it was.Unable to Use it. My Son's PC's Power Supply wasn't powerful enough.
Latest review: This case is designed to be quiet, and as such it does not have good cooling potential. If you use the top sound cover you really can't have any fans in the top of the case or they won't be able to work, and the front panel only has a tiny gap at the bottom for air to flow in. I have my computer sitting in the floor with medium/thick pile carpet, so the front panel intake is actually sitting on the carpet. Not only is there no airflow there, but it will also suck up all kinds of debris. I have no idea why Corsair did not allow for airflow on the sides of the front panel like NZXT does on their h510 cases. So yeah, it's probably going to be quiet, but it's also going to be hot.Lastly this case is so long, it would not fit under my desk. It's supposed to be a mid tower case, but with all those hard drive bays up front, it makes the case super long.I ended up returning mine and got the NZXT h510 Elite case instead.

Latest review: So I got this card after returning my 2080 TI XC Ultra since I didn't think the temps were all that good on the XC. The XC not being Overclocked at all would seat around 75c to 80c at stock settings. Fans were very loud where I could hear them over my headphones. I was not happy about that and wanted better for the cost. So I returned that and got the FTW3 instead. All I can say really is that the FTW3 is not much better for the extra cost. Yes the card is quieter. I can no longer hear the fans in both normal and OC bios modes. Temps wise with the card at max Power Limit of 124% seat around 72c. At stock settings the card never goes over low 60s. The card is not any faster then the XC Ultra and it does not Overclock any better then the XC Ultra. As of writing this 2/14/20. I would recommend that you look at something different if you want a 2080ti. I would even wait at this point since the 3000 cards are rumored to be very close. Cost wise, I am find with keep this and selling it at a lost and getting the next 3080 TI since I was using a 980 GTX before this card.

Latest review: Great GPU. Powers all games at max settings and overclocks great with msi afterburner. Tops out at 45C with the custom water block I put on and crushes benchmarks. Some people will ding value for money but let’s be honest... if you’re buying this card you really don’t care about the money as much as having the “best” consumer grade GPU on the market. For the money it costs that is exactly what you’ll get.

Latest review: The Radeon RX590 is one of the best GPU chipsets for price/performance ratio. It won't outperform the higher end graphics cards, but for 1080p games it will lock in consistently at 60-70fps or better, which is more than adequate for smooth, crisp gaming. The RX590 evolved from the RX480, which then became the RX580. The RX590, compared to the RX480/580, went to a smaller die size and has a higher clock speed. On average the performance boost is 10% compared to the RX580. The downside - the RX590 draws more power and generates more heat. That being said, the RX590 is a great value in the sub-$200 range. This card is a monster, it's called the "FatBoy" for a reason. Make sure you have room in your case for it, as well as adequate cooling. At 100% utilization during benchmarking, this GPU will hit temps around 80-82C IF you don't use the AMD Radeon software to manually tune your fan. These temps are borderline as they will cause the GPU to throttle/shut down and potentially cause a system crash. Make sure you go into your AMD Radeon Settings - either Wattman (if you're using older drivers) or if you're using the 2020 Adrenalin drivers, go into "Performance", then select "Tuning". Manually tune your fan, and make sure that fan speed comes up to over 75-85% when your GPU is above 50-55C. At higher temps above 65-70C, you want that fan to run at 100%. It might be audible, but it will absolutely save your GPU from overheating and throttling down (which will crash your system and potentially reduce the life of the GPU). Once the fan is properly tuned to ramp up when the GPU is above 50C, run benchmarks (3DMark is a good one) and use the Radeon Metrics Overlay to ensure your GPU temperature stays below (ideally) 70-75C. With the fan cranking, the GPU core should stay well below 75C, ensuring that other components on the card don't exceed their rated temps. Many reviewers have given this card bad reviews and mention overheating - chances are these reviewers never bothered to tune their fan control within the AMD Radeon settings.I mounted this card using a PCIe riser cable to keep it away from my CPU, and had to relocate a couple of my HDD's to ensure it had adequate clearance.Overall, the XFX is a great graphics card at a lower cost than other brands using the identical RX590 chip set. The "Core" edition card does not have any RGB effects, so if you're looking for a card with RGB lighting, this one isn't it.*** The XFX RX590 Fatboy is a DUAL BIOS card. By default, the card is set to run in "stealth" or "quiet" mode from the factory. There is a small switch next to the power connector - flip this switch to change to the "Performance" BIOS. This will run the card some 28-30C cooler at max load because the fan settings within this BIOS are much more aggressive. You can also make these adjustments in Wattman or within the Radeon Adrenalin 2020 settings by ramping your fan up as temps increase. I recommend throwing the switch in "performance" mode because wattman and fan tuning settings can be reset to default after a system crash. You'll know you're in the "Performance" mode BIOS because the GPU fans will come on as soon as your system is powered on (switch position is farthest from the power connectors...by default the BIOS switch is closest to the power connectors).

Latest review: I got this one for doing some overclocking on. is it the best chip in 2019? nah. is it the fastest? not necessarily. can it overclock? heck yes! I may have gotten a golden chip, as i was able to push it to 5.55ghz on chilled water cooling. max temps were 10 C under load. i used it in conjunction with a 2080 Ti to get near the top of the unigine superposition leaderboard. very happy with how it worked out. I did end up shoving 1.52v through it just to keep it stable at those speeds, but it was worth it. great chip to play with for enthusiast overclockers on a budget.

Latest review: Unlike most Asus software, the installer pacakge for this particular devices is fool-proof and fully uninstalls all traces if you decide to uninstall it.As far as the file transfer performance, it is stunning. Consistently connects @ 1.3Gbps with all of the LED bulbs lit in between it and the Netgear RAX200 router and 1.5Gbps if they're off. File transfers across the network between SSD drives is always in the neighborhood of 150 MegaBYTES per second and a max ±3% fluctuation for the duration, whether its 500MB or 2 TB of data being moved around. Latency is excellent and typically measures out @ < 13ms to fast or speedtest and my full 1Gbps cable connection. Totally satisfied with the performance after 6 months of use.It was way too much adapter for my outgoing Netgear R8000 router. Despite being in the same spot for the router and the card's antennas, it would only ever connect to that router @ 1Gbps and never had throughput to the internet much beyond 300Mbps or network file transfers that exceeded 80MBps. Point being don't bother unless you have or are going to set up a wireless infrastructure to take advantage of what this card has to offer.

Latest review: Purchased the larger size to increase cooling and air flow to a small form PC on my desk. The stand is really flimsy but does work. The air flow is a lot less than I expected given the glowing reviews here. The speed is adjustable but too slow to be effective at the lowest speed. The fan is louder than I expected. The build quality is just alright. I really expected more at this price point. Will use but will not repurchase. Worth $8 to $9 at max.

Latest review: This thing is a monster. So if your tight on space probably not the cooler for you. I've seen this cooler run a 2500k i5 at 21c idle, my 3570k idles at a mere 26c. The stock fans cool very well but they are quite loud if your going for the silent pc thing. if you pick up some of corsair's new sp120's you can quiet it down and get even better performance. All in all this is a spectacular air cooler. If you plan on doing extreme overclocking water is still your best bet. But for the light overclock this thing rocks.

Latest review: As others said this is a beast of a CPU. However almost every "shrink-wrapped" user (not server) application out there is not designed to run on this level of hardware. I believe there are three type of apps where it justified: 1. Blender and similar apps, 2. Some server class applications (keep in mind that it is not a real server CPU, that is Epic, 3. The most important one - if you professionally develop software that will eat all available cores with almost linear scalability. That is my case, My algorithms need as many cores as possible, fastest random IO access to storage (read Intel Optane) and as much RAM as possible. The only downside for me is limitation of 256GB of RAM on 4 channels. Because of this I will probably switch to dual Epic system, If I can justify the cost.

Latest review: Experience was better than my last asus mobo. The x99-a ii. Everything is working well so far. Only issue is the chipset seems to run a little hot. I idle at around 67c in 70f ambient. Under load it can get to 70-72c. And also the chipset fan is poorly place for dual open air gpus. With second gpu over the chipset fan my chipset temp went into to mid 80c. But a vertical gpu setup solves that

Latest review: Really happy with this card. It's quiet and compact. Scores fairly well in benchmarks compared to other 1660 Super makes and models. Was concerned about heating, but it's a non-issue. With Vsync on it barely even warms up. Fan is quiet even when running at full speed during benchmark testing with Vsync off.

Latest review: So this thing out of the box is good, but if you check the bios and update it with XFx’a bios you immediately get a 7% boost. I ran COD modern warefare on their new warzone at 138 FPS on ultra right after updating the bios. Pretty impressed considering it’s a brand new game in ultra.

Latest review: Man is this thing a beast!I come from an Intel 3930k, i mainly use software like 3ds Max, Vray, AutoCAD.This thing is amazing, it is rendering more than 5x faster than my older workstation. Compared to Intel in price, I am more than fine investing on this processor.

Latest review: I decided to upgrade my current 1070 to this 5700xt from XFX. So far iv been happy with it and have no issues. My setup is a 15-9600k with 16gm of 2400 mhz ram and im running 2 samsung 27" curved monitors. Running games like Shadow of the tomb raider im getting 75-90fps and The evil with in 2 im getting about the same, before with the 1070 i was arounf 50-60 on tomb raider and 40-50 on evil within, so a pretty good improvment. I also purchased the 5500xt for my VR setup and it works perfect also.
