Latest review: Like any or all my MacBook’s this computer is super fast. I had to upgrade to the latest since I had my last one for about 4 years. Due to my job I just needed something faster. Great look and feel. The keyboard is the big change since my last one. Feels better and wont stick when typing. The only downside is No HDMI or USB on the computer. Only Thunderbolt. You need to buy an accessory to use those connections. Overall its a great Laptop.

Latest review: High Quality Laptop, resembles an XPS with slightly less flash. The laptop is geared for those power users who prefer the portability of an XPS, without having to spend the premium. The build quality is in par with a mid-range ultra book. Aluminum chassis, great keyboard and surprisingly good track pad.
Latest review: GARBAGE build quality. This is the worst built laptop ever. Why I can't return it? Because it takes $100 to ship it back from Fiji and they only give $20 USD as compensation. Was creaking from the first day, thought it would settle down. Now I'm used to the creaking but the tractpad sometimes has issues. The plastic hinge makes me want to throw this in ...well.... Garbage. I should have just stuck to my 5 year old MacBook.

Latest review: This laptop is very small, easy to carry, running very fast, price is good.I like it very much!
Latest review: I have to say I'm disappointed in this laptop and do not usually write reviews, however in this case I had to for feedback to Acer.It feels as though Acer released this laptop without it being ready.1. The speakers are VERY quiet2. The casing below the mouse pad is very thin. If you have pressure behind the case below the mouse pad, the mouse will not click.I'm thinking about going back to my HP Spectre
Latest review: Looks good and attractive, easy to use Excellent 360 rotations
Latest review: I'm going with four stars largely because I didn't like having to remove all of the apps I have no interest in and I also was unhappy to have to create a Microsoft account to have to get the computer up and running -- there was no way around it. (I'm a Google person so really not interested in also becoming a Microsoft person. Thank goodness, I'm just technologically savvy enough to know how to make Chrome my default browser and Yahoo my home page.So it took awhile to get it set up the way I like, but I didn't have to call tech support and everything appears to be working within the first week of owning the computer. Touch screen works perfectly. I like the keyboard feel. I haven't relied on battery use yet so cannot offer an opinion on life unplugged. It is lightweight and pretty, so those are unimportant pluses.I largely bought this because of pricing. I wanted a laptop at $500 or less with good (not great) storage capacity and speed. I was startled to be able to get a touch screen at this price point. And best of all, I've had my HP all-in-one desktop for 11 years without a glitch, and my HP laserjet printer is probably 20 years old and still marvelously functional. I'm sure I could have gotten a lower price and more oomph from Acer or some other manufacturer, but I decided to go with a company that has been reliable for me and that still has a decent tech support capacity. Here's hoping I continue not to have to need tech support!
Latest review: This is my second Asus laptop and third Asus Product (I also have a tablet by Asus). I must say this laptop is amazing. It's fast, the screen is very bright, the backlit keyboard makes working in dim lit spaces a breeze and the fingerprint reader is spot on! The laptop is light and made of premium materials. I only wish it had a Thunderbolt 3 connection as well. However, you can't go wrong getting this 2-in-1 laptop!

Latest review: I purchased this laptop as a replacement to a 256 SSD, 8G RAM Dell laptop. After using it for 3 weeks, I was disappointed with the performance. For a simple uncompress of the 300M file, it took 12 mins whereas my old laptop was taking less than 2 mins. Also, there is a lot of noise from the processor which was kind of distracting me when I am on calls using laptop mike. This laptop clearly disappointed me.
Latest review: I have a Chromebook myself, I love it. I bought this one for my wife, and she's had no issues a problems. I would definitely recommend.
Latest review: La pc funciona perfectamente. Es rápida. Lo único que antes del año apareció como una mancha de agua pequeña en la pantalla. Tengo que ver el tema de la garantía.
Latest review: The best I’ve had yet since 200 and will buy again
Latest review: This computer boots right up. I love that it's touch screen. Going in between pages is a snap it handles all of my needs effortlessly. The size is the original reason I purchase I needed small for transporting to school and work and didn't want to Shell out the bucks for a Mac. Glad I didn't.
Latest review: This laptop is the perfect size, light, fast, versatile and I like it a lot. I feel it is a very good value for the money (under $200). If I were to improve it I would ad a standard sized sd card slot and a camera but I I knew it didn't have them when I bought it so I cannot complain. Also, those features would increase the price. I have always used a tablet but never found one that lasted much more than a year or so and it was difficult to write long messages on the popup keyboards. This laptop is the answer to that problem. It is small enough to be used like a tablet but has the added feature of this great little keyboard. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this laptop highly.

Latest review: Usually, this sits on the corner of my desk at work, screen down [attached to two external monitors]. Brought it home in a padded bag, set it up, and saw an odd opening picture. The screen had a impact break or pressure break or something.
Latest review: The chrome book is o.k. - for a cheap chromebook. Slow but that is a characteristic of cheap chromebooks, and I cannot rapidly move the cursor back or up and down by tapping on the direction keys as I could with the old Acer laptop that I have replaced with this chromebook. My my main complaint about ordering this chromebook is that now that I have it Amazon has BLOCKED my access to My Music library.Yes, they have done this before - BLOCKED my music - about 400 songs that I own because I purchased from Amazon over a period of 10 years or so - and the last time I was able to have this music library restored after serious arguing with 4 different , clueless, indifferent Amazon employees.Their mistake. Amazon did this - BLOCKED my music after I owned it and paid for it on some technicality they dreamed up and ignored and did not address with their FAQ's .This time they BLOCKED my music library. It is not because the music is not accessible on a chromebook.I was able to access the music yesterday, the day I received the computer. But today the best I have been able to do, after re-downloading the Amazon Music app. after fighting off all the ads that try to make me buy Amazon Unlimited and Amazon Prime - which I already have but it seems Amazon has deleted anyway and anyway I should not have to buy another app in order to listen to my own music on AMazon. But when I have tried to play a song from one of the playlists whose icon is appearing on the screen of my chromebook, what happens is that a station that Amazon is pushing appear on my computer screen and it plays one of my own songs - and then it tries to make my subscribe to that station.WHy would I want to do that.?I have written to Amazon Customer service on every one of the email addresses that I have - including all of the ones that sent me notices that I had signed in to Amazon Music from a different computer - yes, this chromebook that I just set up - and all of them reject that email message that I sent. That is the level of help you get from Amazon for your chromebook. It is not possible to talk on the phone with human being at Amazon - not when I call them from Thailand - because they are all asleep when I am awake. When I reach a person she is unfamiliar with my problem. If you live out of the continental U.S.A. even though Amazon is able to ship chromebooks to you, you should not buy a chromebook from Amazon - because they cannot give you any customer support since there is no one available 24 hours a day - never - who is able or willing to HELP ??? - undo the harm they have caused you by selling you a chromebook with the pretense that they will support you.Amazon used to be responsible and reliable. Now, by my recent experience, I have found they are simply greedy, dishonest crooks who lie about what they have to offer.I am never going to buy another chromebook form Amazon - and I never buy anything else from Amazon - because they simply make it more and more difficult to do anything about the products they market so well and they keep adding more obstacles to contacting them and they should not be selling products internationally that they have no means of giving support to or any intention to do so.
Latest review: Works great for what I use it for. Somewhat slow, but I'm used to that living in a rural area

Latest review: I don't understand all the negative reviews about the screen. It's not the BEST laptop screen I've ever used, but FAR from the worst. And for less than $250? Are you guys kidding me? Are you expecting an ipad pro level screen? The laptop is solid even though it's plastic, I'm not worried about putting this thing in my backpack. While the keyboard is a little stiff for my taste, it works well. I'm just used to my mechanical keyboard on my desktop. I can write and do some coding perfectly fine and that's how I would describe this chromebook:Perfectly fine.Solid.Reliable.Lenovo-quality.I might as well be in one of their commercials, but Lenovo has never failed me.The negatives? The screen can be a BIT wobbly when I adjust it, but that's minor. It doesn't wobble when I type, which would make me want to return it. A couple more ports would be nice as well as an SD card slot that allows the SD card to completely insert. This one, the card sticks out halfway.Battery life is great, can go for hours at the library without needing to be plugged in and I'm using a higher brightness. I'm not doing anything intensive, just chrome tabs, spotify, watching Youtube. If you need a laptop to take care of your internet needs and basic computer needs, this is a solid one for the price. If you need stronger hardware, then spend at least 400-500. However, if you're already spending that much money, it might be better to get a Windows machine, unless you LOVE Chromebooks.I love Chrome OS for what it is. Fast, lightweight, and cost-effective. That's the name of the game. If you buy this laptop, or any laptop a this price, then don't expect a thousand-dollar plus experience and then leave horrible reviews. This is a solid chromebook, especially for the price. I'll be keeping this one for a long while and give it to a family member when it's time for me to upgrade.

Latest review: This Samsung Chromebook - Plus 2 in 1 is a versatile device, in that it functions as a laptop and a tablet. Sleek and lightweight and with a clear and sharp display, this Chromebook provides the features and functions that meet my needs. Additionally, it was affordably priced.
Latest review: This is a bit disappointing because even though it is supposed to be super fast it takes forever to update and also a very long time to “wake up” from not being used for 5 minutes. It’s also annoying that you need an adapter for anything you connect to it.
Latest review: Battery need to be replaced .. won't last not even 2 years
Latest review: This computer is beautiful, fast, has an excellent screen. Very happy with my purchase.

Latest review: The laptop runs great but initially it was buggy and slow till the updates were applied. Not really big on buying refurbished but so far no issues.
