Latest review: Product appears To be dead on arrival, video card won’t display. I’m on their customer service Line on hold for the past 10 minutes, but don’t worry, I’ve been first place in line for the past 10 minutes. Not a great experience so far...😕Update: They said to return the item, saying maybe it was damaged in shipping. The video card is broken. It looked like UPS did a fine job.Now I have to spend time shipping this $2,000 paperweight back.I don’t write reviews often but this was not a fun experience for me.Customers beware!Update after SECOND unit with picture and video:The replacement PC is also having major problems. It keeps crashing with many games on recommended settings.Very frustrating experience for 2 thousand dollars.

Latest review: Was really excited to find a Cherry MX green keyboard that was listed for sale by a brick and mortar retail store. Thought it was too good to be true, and it was. The keyboard shipped with red dragon proprietary switches with blue switch type they are mechanical clicky switches like Cherry MX blues but I doubt they are up to the quality of the real German switches. Unless I was sent the improper model.

Latest review: This is hands down the best VR system for non-professional use. Amazing resolution and tracking.
Latest review: I purchased the computer for a work trip out of the country. I used the device for approximately two weeks before the screen died. During that two weeks, the screen would flicker on/off, it would also display distorted images. After the screen failed entirely, I then had zero connection to the internet and would not have connectivity again for several additional weeks. By the time I was able to connect to the internet again, I was already outside of the "return window" to amazon. I found this out when I requested the return from Amazon and they refused to work with me despite my unique situation. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue with Amazon and receiving zero support, I am now in communication with the manufacturer. If I had the option to return the laptop completely and get a different brand, I definitely would. I would NOT purchase this laptop again if given the chance and now I am stuck with a sub par laptop.

Latest review: I am a first time CyberPowerPC customer but I definitely recommend this brand to everyone! I was a bit skeptical on buying a prebuilt but my friend had told me about this company and decided to give them a try. The shipping was FAST, about a week earlier than the projected delivery date and packaging was perfect. No damages or anything like that. When I opened the PC, there was a giant packaging pillow (?) I am not sure what they're called but it protected the internals really well. Not a single cable out of place. They include a detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do when starting the PC. All I had to do was follow those instructions and connect to the power and DONE.The PC is fast, well put together and well packaged. My brother was very impressed with the PC and is now in process of buying a CyberPowerPC for himself after I let him use mine for a few hours. And guess what. Now my wife wants one too!Packaging 5/5 Build Quality 5/5 Value 5/5One thing I noticed: this thing is SILENT. Like suspiciously silent even under load while gaming.

Latest review: Only down side package arrived with wrong charge. Quality control not up to par at Best Buy regarding this product when shipped
Latest review: I've always done my gaming on a PC, and up until the one I'm using now, built them myself, But the need to mix spending time in front of the tv with the wife and edit videos or create missions in Arma 3 for an online gaming group had me looking for a powerful gaming laptop. While I didn't tell the wife, I also wanted it to play online while on vacation. The must-haves; SSD with at least a TB, RTX card, a screen that looked good, and not be too bulky. I've used Asus in my PC builds and though I would've liked 32 GB of RAM, ASUS - ROG Zephyrus S GX701 beat out two others that made the short list. It's really nice! A quality build, the screen pumps out rich colors and performs nearly as well as my gaming PC. It burns through Premiere Pro and the RTX card adds something to Arma 3 over the 1080 Ti in my PC that I cant quite put my finger on.It is heavier than it looks, but that's only because the thing is so thin for the performance it packs. And yes, you can hear the RTX cooling fans kicking in when you start to push it, but they're not overly loud at all.For the more subdued gamers out there, the laptop isn't overboard on lights or the RGB glitz that's overtaken gaming. The color changing keys can be adjusted to your liking but quite frankly, they haven't been annoying enough to be taken of the default settings. The only minor complaint (and this is a 1st world problem) is the metallic black case smudges very easily, leaving ugly marks on an otherwise sleek and impressive looking laptop.I would warn anyone of having this delivered by UPS. Not only did they deliver it to the wrong house, not once have they followed up on my complaint. Nor did they follow up on my complaint about not following up on the complaint!Fortunate for me, my neighbors housekeeper is an honest woman and I tracked down the incorrect delivery. Needless to say, if I my only option is for Best Buy to deliver something by UPS, I'll go to another vendor that uses a different delivery service.

Latest review: do not waste your time , to many downloads and spam before it actually works.
Latest review: I am giving these 5 stars because it works and have not a single problem with it thus far. ITs solid and does its job. But now for the butsI do have a V1 core connected to it. While the graphics card does work, none of the usb ports have a good connection. my mouse or keyboard have a choppy connection. I did reach out to razer about this and they offered to send me an updated core but I worked my butt off for v1 when it came out so it has a special place for me not to give up. So this is all on me.My other concern is going from the 1st gen razer blade stealth to this 2019 one is... In some ways I feel I down graded. I go from full rgb lighting for each key and a touch screen to a laptop that is suppose to be more advance that has neither of these functions. All I get is a graphics card inside which I barely even use since the ideal of this is to connect this thing to a core. I like the idea of having a slim ultra book that I can take with me to places easy and does some light things on it bring it home and connect it to the core and I have a gaming beast. I do like that this model has 2 usb-c ports but only one of them is thunderbolt 3. The Samsung The Notebook 9 Pro has 3 usb-c ports with 2 of those being thunderbolt 3 and comes in much cheaper than this version of the stealth. I did wait till this version of the stealth was marked down and I am thankful I did that. Going from the 1st stealth to this one paying full price I would have given this a one star review. Or just skipped it after reading the specs thinking it was just trash. I do have to give credit for the more elegant body design over the 1st stealth. The 2019 version does look like something I could say take into an office and not be like sigh a kid and his games.Good buy if its on sale for like $1000 or under. Paying full price on this would be wrong.

Latest review: The original Vespula was a good MMO gaming pad. Only problem? The wrist rest was badly designed. They fixed that problem with the V2 pad. The wrist rest is the full width of the pad, narrower, taller, and firmer. I can play for more than four hours at a pull without my hand or wrist complaining. Since I use it with the Naga Trinity, the scan control on the Naga makes it a slam dunk that the mouse covers the entire screen. Either of these items are best in class by themselves. Combined? The Naga Trinity and Vespula 2 will take your mouse control to the next level. I took a star for "Value". This isn't a bargain gaming pad or mouse. They are expensive.

Latest review: Staring at screens for several hours a day at work was causing strain & burning in my eyes. My eye dr. recommended Gunnar brand glasses. I noticed a difference immediately. I can see my computer screen better (it seems sharper) and my eyes feel so much better. These glasses were a bit expensive, but well worth it. There are a lot of cheaper brands on the market, but my eye dr. said Gunnar is the only brand she trusts. These seem to be the only small frames available; I was worried they would be too big, but they are a pretty good fit.

Latest review: This is an incredibly boring game – so much so, I debated whether to abandon it about halfway through. I had so many other good games to play. But I decided to press on although it wasn’t fun. I understand that people have different tastes, and this is certainly not mine. Overall, I would describe Vampyr as clunky, tedious, frustrating. The game is confined, lineal, dark and is about 80% walking around and interacting and searching. There is a lot of dialog and you must unlock hints to complete all of the dialog paths. This requires investigation and other interactions. When those hints are unlocked, then you can go back to the various people to continue the dialogs. Some of the dialogs are very long. But that is what you’ll be spending most of your time doing in this game. This is a slow and dark game. The only way to travel is by walking or running. There is no fast travel. It is not uncommon to tediously head toward an objective on the map only to find the path you took is blocked by a locked gate. Some locked paths are unlocked via script triggers when completing quests. Others are unlocked only by going to the other side of the gate or door and opening it. You must constantly look on the map to find other routes – which is sometimes another 15 minutes of walking. Again, it’s a boring and tedious way to travel. There are a number of elixirs for certain boosts and you have some powers to use in battle. Guns are available but the gun action is very poorly done. This is no first person shooter. There is no aiming, just firing in the general direction. I opted for mainly hand combat instead using a variety of hand weapons. However, the swing / block fighting mechanics are clunky and slow. The camera awkwardly rotates around while fighting. It makes it difficult to be precise. Having just come from playing Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, the difference in fluidity and precision was striking (no pun intended).80% of all the XP available comes from killing civilians based on their blood quality which you can improve by healing them and completing dialog paths. You can get up to 6000 or more XP points by killing a single civilian. You can opt instead to build XP by killing street hostiles, but most kills only get you 5 to 15 XP. You can do side missions which can give from 50 to 300 XP each. I decided to NOT kill civilians and take the much more difficult course of building XP other ways. If you get to a “boss” level and find you are not yet leveled up enough to defeat, then it might take walking around for a few hours killing as many hostiles as possible to build enough XP to level up. Hostiles auto-level-up. This is done in many games. The Assassin’s Creed game that I finished before playing Vampyr does this. As soon as your character levels-up, the thousands of hostiles in the game also level up to be close to your level. This is done to keep the combat at least somewhat challenging. The same thing happens in Vampyr. As soon as you spend XP to get greater powers and level up, most of the other street hostiles also level up to match your level. It’s a rather deceptive and manipulative kind of system.Leveling up requires going to a safe house and going to bed. Then the level screen appears for various upgrades. Once you activate the “bed” a day passes and a new night appears. It also re-evaluates all of the sections of town based on the actions you have taken prior to going to bed. This can either improve sections of town or make them worse. If you kill a lot of civilians, the sections of town will degrade. If you heal and try to help civilians, then the sections of town can improve. However, even if you improve sections, after a bed session, the very civilians you helped often get sick again. So, one of the first steps after a bed session is going back to all of the areas to re-heal some people so the area doesn’t degrade too much. Again, without any fast travel, it’s all on foot and all of the hostiles that you killed previously have all re-spawned. Re-spawning is rather interesting because it happens very quickly. You can destroy the hostiles and leave for just a few minutes and when you return all of the exact hostiles are back. Sometimes the hostiles spawned right in front of me.Depending on how much you were able to level-up, boss fights can be long – maybe 10 minutes or so. If you are defeated, you will start over. However, anything you spent – such as elixirs for more health, stamina, or blood will NOT reset. So, if you spend some elixirs and used them in a failed boss fight, you will need to go all the way back to a hideout to your work station to replenish those elixirs before you try the boss fight again. And if you are missing any ingredients for those elixirs, then you’ll have to run around finding merchants or opening garbage cans and boxes or killing skals to collect the ingredients. This can take a VERY long time. And then once you have all of that, you run all the way back to the boss to try again. And if you’re defeated again, then it’s running all around AGAIN to find ingredients and hideouts to replenish elixirs to do the whole thing over again. I use the word “tedious” a lot to describe this game but it’s probably the best word for it. If you spent XP wisely, boss fights are not particularly difficult, but it takes a while to chip at their long health bars until defeated. Some of the more challenging boss fights have certain strategies that you’ll need to figure out before you can defeat them. Overall, they’re not that bad, but rather boring. The last boss is, of course, the most challenging. The story is rather intriguing. The graphics are average at best. I’m playing with a RTX 2080 ti graphics card on three monitors at 5760 x 1080 resolution. The game supports that resolution, but not well. There is no field of view adjustment and the camera is too close to your character. I was actually expecting better for this game. Overall, Vampyr was too dialog driven, too much walking, clunky interface for fighting, and unexpected frustrations such as locked gates and having to run around for hours replenishing things. I give a 2 out of 5 stars.

Latest review: So I bought this mouse to complete my ROG themed gaming set and despite the mixed reviews I trusted Asus since their products never let me down. Boy was I wrong. The first mouse worked for a month before it decided to quit working and becomes a RGB paper weight. It only works when used as a wired mouse. I went through a whole diagnosis session with Amazon and Asus and was told to get a replacement. Fine, it happens. Replacement arrived quickly and I was happy again. Two days later, same problem occurred and Amazon wouldn’t send another replacement and Asus told me to RMA it, after doing it once on a motherboard I decided not to pursue that months long process and just returned it. I bought a Logitech G502 lightspeed like I should have (Admittedly does not feel as premium or well built) and I have to say that you need to buy stuff from an expert who knows what they are doing. I wouldn’t think twice about buying another ROG motherboard or a graphics card, but a mouse? I’m sticking with Logitech.Pros:Best mouse I’ve ever felt. Top notch material and excellent ergonomic, one of the heaviest mouse on the market as well.Cons:Behind on battery life compared to competitionThoughts: I still want it, that’s how good this mouse is, so if you happen to own one that works, congrats and never let go.
