Latest review: Customer support doesn't really care about your issue or if you fix it. I had one of these that just died. They said they would send me a new power supply for it via email but it was out of stock at the moment and I would have to check back with them some other time. so I replied to that email every month and never got a reply. Then they ghosted me. Thankfully my credit card company replaced the unit under extended warranty. Then they changed their app locking everyone out of the old app and removing features from the new one. The new app didn't work at all. When I called customer support, they told me that both apps have been broken for several months and I couldn't use the app at all. When asked when it would be fixed they said they don't know. Then they told me to use the old app which Is not available for download anymore. The mower doesn't work well. Wish I never bought this piece of junk. Save your money or buy one of the competing brands. You'll be much happier with it.
